However, if you like HOP, use it a lot and have fun with it (or even use it commercially), you are asked to register.

Registering benefits

If you register, you will not only support the shareware concept and help encourage HOP's further development - you will also receive a code number which will switch on some additional goodies:

• higher SuperVGA resolutions (up to 1280x1024 with 256 colors; unregistered version: 640x480) which will make your creations look even more brilliant
• tuning options to give you control over HOP's random decisions
• a palette editor to design your own 256 color palettes
• an option to generate animation parameter files which can produce series of GIF images as input for animation programs

No floppy disks, CDs, or printed manuals will be sent.

Commercial applications

If you like HOP, consider the possibility to use it commercially.
Its colorful movements and unusual imagery make HOP a great eyecatcher.

A number of European companies are using customized HOP screensavers as inventive advertisement tools. These screensavers can be shown in shop windows, exhibitions and fairs, or they are given to customers.
Usually, the companies choose a number of parameter sets from our pool of images and animations and provide an image file of their company logo. The customized HOP screensaver plays the chosen parameter sets, displaying the logo in between the clips.
